Responsible for the strategic oversight and project management of the Mobile UW (Wisconsin app) initiative and functions within DoIT, which provide mobile applications development, production, and support to the UW–Madison campus. In conjunction with DoIT and the UW–Madison Relations & Communications office, lead the project management of the Mobile UW initiative and act as backup for campus-wide Mobile UW committee responsibilities in the absence of the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Serves as the primary campus resource for the research, development, and application of new mobile technologies in support of UW–Madison's overall mission and future mobile initiatives. This encompasses the emergence of communication technologies (i.e., mobile applications, social media), and promotes on-demand access to content anytime and anywhere on any digital mobile device, as well as interactive user feedback, participation, and community formation around mobile content.

COOP Architect

Responsible for Continuity of Operations (COOP) analysis and planning for critical cross-platform IT infrastructure, networks, and services within the UW–Madison enterprise data centers across two sites. This work involves providing leadership to technical teams, as well as interaction with executive management, commercial vendors, other divisions and departments, government agencies, and the general public.

Duty Technologist 

On–call position requiring comprehensive technical and organizational knowledge, which supports incident management, operations, and recovery during and after events that negatively impact enterprise IT services.

Emergency Management Officer

Information Management staff for UW–Madison Emergency Operations Center (EOC), responsible for exercise planning and reliable information flow among EOC components, campus departments, law enforcement, state agencies, and other stakeholders.
