About Me

I am located at the University of Wisconsin–Madison in Madison, Wisconsin. I am a tech geek assigned to Enterprise Internet Services (EIS) in the university's central IT organization, the Division of Information Technology (DoIT).

I currently work as an information technology strategist, responsible for mobile programs, apps, and infrastructure at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, a large public research university and major state government agency.

I also serve as a Cryptologic Warfare Officer in the United States Navy, assigned to US Fleet Cyber Command/US Tenth Fleet. My expertise includes cyber and signals intelligence (SIGINT) policy, systems, and operations.

I have a graduate degree in Information Warfare, and in Space Systems from the Naval Postgraduate School. At present, I am in the graduate Cybersecurity Policy program at the University of Maryland University College.
